Bellevue is a private estate near Cordon, Isabela, which can be rented for special occasions, such as conferences, weddings, birthday parties, and other celebrations. Bellevue is situated on a picturesque location 1 kilometer from Cordon centro on the banks of the Ilut River. Within its 2 hectares are several high elevations overlooking the river. Interspersed are valleys and five small fishponds. From the summits one can see the mountains of the Caraballo. Or, one can look down at the rapids of the Ilut where water is rushing over the rocks. Even though it is close and convenient to Cordon centro and is only 10 kilometers from Santiago City, it has the look and feel and sound of the countryside.
